Desulfurization and denitration spray gun is a double fluid atomization spray gun specially designed for desulfurization and denitration engineering. Its atomization principle is two-stage crushing + air mixing + air flow friction. The average diameter of atomized particles is only 60-200 μ M. After atomization, under the same spray rate, the number of droplets increases dozens of times, the total surface area of droplets increases several times, so the efficiency of desulfurization and denitrification is higher. With strong penetrability, the water mist can reach 40 m / s when it is ejected from the nozzle outlet, which ensures that the reductant can be fully mixed with the flue gas, thus improving the denitration efficiency. Specifications are complete, flow from 10kg/h to 1000kg/h, spray shape has solid cone, hollow cone and fan-shaped. The spray gun is provided with a silicon carbide protective sleeve, and the nozzle is completely placed in the protective sleeve to avoid the abrasion of the nozzle caused by high temperature, high dust and high velocity flue gas.
