Scientific and reasonable design makes the nozzle ideal for viscous liquid spray. The independent gas atomization pipeline can be adjusted to change the size of atomized droplets without affecting the liquid flow rate. An additional inlet / outlet channel is used to recycle the liquid, which can effectively maintain the flow of viscous liquid. Driving the internal nozzle to remove the needle valve device can eliminate the blockage of the nozzle and prevent the liquid from dripping. The automatic fine atomizing nozzle can be used in either of seven different spray devices. The flow rates provided range from 2.8 L / h to 179 L / h. The flow rate of atomized gas, fan gas and liquid can be adjusted and readjusted in a few seconds. Therefore, it is possible to change the settings to suit different spray applications. The optional timing controller can achieve the automatic "on / off" operation of 180 cycles per minute. Air pressure of at least 2.4 bar is required for cylinder operation
