Features of denitration spray gun

1, material

Because of the high working temperature of SNCR denitration gun (flue gas temperature 850 ℃ - 1100 ℃) and the fast flow rate of flue gas, there is a large amount of dust in the flue gas, which also causes severe wear of the gun. Therefore, the spray gun needs: high temperature resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The key parts of the spray gun, such as the barrel and the head of the spray gun, are made of 310S, which can maintain high strength, corrosion resistance and high wear resistance under the environment of no higher than 1200 ℃, and can ensure the continuous and even ammonia injection area.

2. The uniformity of spray and smoke mixing.

The spray angle of the SNCR denitration spray gun ranges from 30 degrees to 110 degrees. The penetration angle of the small angle gun is strong. The large angle of the spray gun covers a large area, and the length of the spray gun and the depth of the injection point extending into the furnace are also different. The proper design and high denitration efficiency can be achieved through the calculation of cross-sectional area, flue gas flow rate and flow rate of the spray guns with different angles and positions.

3. Regulatory capacity

SNCR denitration spray gun, with the expansion and adjustment ability, can be adjusted through the fixed pipe or movable flange according to the actual situation on site (the length is customized according to the customer's requirements) to ensure the denitration efficiency. At the same time, if the spray gun is not used for a certain period, it can be withdrawn from the furnace to extend the service life of the spray gun.

4. Atomized particle size

The atomized particles of SNCR spray gun are not the same as that of flue gas cooling, the finer the better, but should be moderate. If the particles are too fine, the penetrability is too poor and the denitrification efficiency is reduced. If the particles are too coarse, the total surface area of the particles is too small, and the denitration efficiency is also reduced. If the particles are too large, due to the fast flow rate of flue gas, the zero particles can not be completely gasified in a short time

Drop will be produced and ammonia escape will cause low temperature corrosion of tail equipment. According to the specific project, the appropriate atomized particle size is designed and selected.

5. The position of spray gun is mainly determined by the flue gas temperature inside the boiler

If urea solution is used, the temperature range of 950 ± 50 shall be set as far as possible; if ammonia solution is used, the temperature range of 900 ± 50 degree shall be set as far as possible, avoiding the flame. Generally, the reaction time must be more than 0.5 seconds, and the mixing degree must be good. Because of different furnace conditions and different flue gas temperature changes, but as long as it is in the range of 800-1100 degrees, it is a better reaction range, so whether the position of the spray gun is appropriate directly determines the denitration efficiency of SNCR.

6. Scope of application

1, spray shape: fan, cone, etc. (according to customer requirements);

3. Compressed air: 0.3-0.6mpa, liquid pressure: 0.3-0.5mpa;

4. Ambient temperature: below 1150 ℃;
