Application:
The special internal structure design of D series air atomizing nozzle can make liquid and gas mix evenly and produce spray or coarse droplet spray with fine droplet size. Usually, by increasing gas pressure or reducing liquid pressure, droplet spray with more fine (30um) can be obtained, resulting in higher gas flow rate and liquid ratio.
The adjustable air atomizing nozzle can adjust the liquid flow rate. Under the condition of not changing the air pressure and liquid pressure, it can also produce the qualified nozzle, so it has a strong adaptability.
